Dual Rotating Microfibre Pads

How To Use

Attach a clean microfibre cloth to each cleaning pad. Secure the safety rope to the robot and anchor it to a fixed point above the window. Place the ClearBot Pro flat against the glass surface and connect the power cord. Power on and wait approximately 20 seconds for the blue indicator light to stop flashing — this allows the robot to detect and calibrate to the glass surface. Once ready, use the remote control to begin cleaning. For best results, lightly dampen the edge of the cleaning pads with water before starting.

Care Instructions

Remove and rinse the microfibre cleaning cloths after each use. Allow to air dry before reattaching. Wipe the exterior of the unit with a dry cloth. Do not submerge in water. Inspect the safety rope before each use and replace if any wear is visible. Store in a dry location away from direct sunlight.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this product run on battery?
No. The ClearBot Pro requires a mains power connection to operate. The internal 500mAh battery is a safety feature only — it activates during power interruptions to maintain suction and prevent the robot from falling. It is not used for general operation and cannot be used to recharge the unit.

What surfaces can it clean?
The ClearBot Pro is designed for smooth, flat vertical surfaces including glass windows, mirrors, shower screens and tiled walls. It is not suitable for textured, uneven or porous surfaces.

Is the safety rope necessary?
We strongly recommend always attaching the safety rope before use, particularly on high or large windows. The rope provides a secondary safety measure in addition to the UPS backup system.

How long does it take to clean a window?
Cleaning time varies depending on the size of the glass surface. The intelligent path planning ensures efficient, systematic coverage without unnecessary repetition.

Can I use cleaning solution with it?
The supplier recommends lightly dampening the microfibre pads with water for best results. We recommend avoiding harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the pads or the unit.
